UPDATE LOG

ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE SURVIVAL EDITION · BUILD 2.0
The city has fallen. Read the survival briefing before you step outside the wire.

NEWARCADE SCORING & LEADERBOARDS

A live score counter now sits in the top-right HUD with your high score, the wave-tier multiplier and your current combo.
Every zombie kill scores points, multiplied ×1.5, ×2, ×2.5… as you reach each new 5-wave tier. Pumpkin-heads and tanks are worth more.
Chain kills within 1.6 seconds for DOUBLE, TRIPLE, QUAD and MONSTER KILL bonuses. Clearing waves and reaching new tiers pay survival bonuses.
The Game Over screen shows your final score, wave reached, zombies vanquished, best multi-kill and high score.
New leaderboards on the main menu and the Game Over screen: switch between GLOBAL community rankings and MY BESTS.

NEWDUAL-STAGE INTRO & TITLE SEQUENCE

Gen Games Studios boots first: the voxel cube assembles out of the dark, the logo sharpens into focus and a light sweep crosses it, with drifting particles and an atmospheric drone-and-chime sound cue.
The title card then erupts in an Omniverse-style green energy flash with shockwave rings and a spinning Omnitrix. BEN 10 · HALLOWEEN · ZOMBIE SURVIVAL pulses in neon while the menu theme fades in and carries you straight to the main menu.
The main menu now sits over the live, haunted Bellwood skyline and shows the full survival roster: Blitzwolfer, Goop, Spidermonkey, Ghostfreak, Frankenstrike, Snare-oh and the rest.

UPDATESOLO SURVIVAL

The hero select screen is gone. PLAY drops you straight into Bellwood as Ben with the full 14-alien Omnitrix roster.
Gwen has left the base. Her NPC defender, mana bolts and mana barrier are gone, so the camp is held only by your barricades, repairs and alien combat.
Unused Gwen models, portraits and scripts were removed, which frees memory for the endless horde waves.

NEWSPIDERMONKEY JOINS THE OMNITRIX

The Arachnichimp Spidermonkey: bright blue fur with navy stripes, a black four-eyed face with a toothy grin, four arms, a curling tail and the Omnitrix on his chest.
WALL-CLIMB: run into any building facade, wall or base fortification and scuttle straight up it. At speed he drops into a four-armed scuttle, and leaps are higher and longer for rooftop hopping.
WEB NET (X): both lower hands thrust forward and fire twin web streams that wrap zombies and glue them to the pavement. Missed shots leave sticky web patches that trap the horde.
TAIL-SPIN (C): feet and tail anchor down and all four arms whirl through 360° for three staggering hits.
ACROBATICS (passive / V): he automatically backflips or side-vaults out of zombie strikes (almost always against tanks and bites).
DROP-DOWN POUNCE: climb a building and drop onto the horde. Landing from height slams and webs every zombie around him.
WEB-NET BURST: web shots are now thick web masses that burst into a wide net, snaring the whole pack or gluing the pavement ahead of the wave.
TAIL-ANCHOR SPIN: his tail latches onto the nearest lamp post (or the pavement) and his whole body whips around it in a four-armed slashing arc.

NEWHAUNTED BELLWOOD

Every building has been weathered for Halloween: cracked, grimy bricks, shattered panes, rotting boarded-up windows, cobwebs in the corners, and candle-lit orange and eerie purple interiors.
Glowing jack-o'-lanterns now sit on rotting wooden window sills all over the city.
Billboards and street signs are now spooky ads and warning notices (KEEP OUT, QUARANTINE ZONE, CURFEW 6PM, HORDE ALERT…). Their flickering neon spills orange and purple glow into the fog.
A huge orange harvest moon throws shafts of volumetric moonlight across the streets, with deep purple shadows and thick layers of rolling fog.

NEWENDLESS SCALING HORDE

Ghostfreak now leads the Omnitrix dial, and the Halloween tutorial walks you through going Ghostfreak.
Kill the last zombie and a big WAVE CLEARED banner fades in at the centre of the screen. A 3 · 2 · 1 countdown with ticking alarms runs beneath it, and the next wave spawns the moment it hits zero.
Waves never end: the next wave starts automatically after every horde is cleared, with no wave cap.
Horde size grows every wave (base + per-wave bonus, multiplied by a growth factor), and more zombies can be alive at once around the survivor base.
Each wave makes zombies faster, lets them attack more often, and gives them armour. They also smash barricades and walls harder. Every 5 waves is a new tier.
A spawn director sends the horde out of foggy Bellwood street corners and alleys along several routes. The routes change during the wave and avoid the side you're camping, so no single choke point holds.

NEWBLITZWOLFER JOINS THE OMNITRIX

The Loboan Blitzwolfer: grey fur with black stripes, a white striped belly, a black wolf head with angular green eyes, white paws and the Omnitrix on his chest.
QUAD SPRINT & PARKOUR: at speed he drops onto all fours and gallops. Jump from a sprint to pounce over base walls and zombie crowds, and run into any wall to claw straight up it.
FERAL CLAWS (X): a rapid left-right slash pair with motion-blur trails that rips chunks off the zombie in front of him.
SONIC HOWL (C): his muzzle splits into three hinged sections and fires a rippling sound cone that staggers and blasts back the horde.
ECHOLOCATION (passive / V): his ears cock forward, a sonar pulse ripples the screen edges and every nearby zombie is outlined through walls and fog.

NEWGOOP JOINS THE OMNITRIX

The Polymorph Goop: a translucent green slime body with lime outlines, angular black-and-green eyes and the Omnitrix on his chest, floating under his anti-gravity projector disc.
FLUID GLIDE: the disc leads the way while his slime body ripples, drips and trails behind, leaving a burning slime trail.
WHIP SPLATTER (X): his side stretches into a long whip blade for a 360° spin that knocks back the whole horde.
ACID PUDDLE (C): he squeezes out a bubbling acid pool that burns, slows and melts the feet of every zombie in it.
DISC RECALL (V): the disc pulses and every stray slime pool snaps back into his core, bursting the zombies standing in it and healing him.

NEWSNARE-OH JOINS THE OMNITRIX

The Thep Khufan mummy: sand-coloured bandages, turquoise bands, golden cuffs and a black-and-turquoise pharaoh headdress over a gold face mask. The Omnitrix sits on his chest.
ELASTIC BODY: his legs and arms stretch and snap back with every stride and jump.
BANDAGE SNAG (X): an arm shoots out, grabs one zombie and reels it right up to you.
MUMMY WRAP (C): a spin attack blasts bandages outward, wrapping and stunning every zombie within 5 metres.

NEWFRANKENSTRIKE JOINS THE OMNITRIX

The Transylian Frankenstrike: muted green-grey hide, a dark flat-top, lime eyes, cybernetic shoulder and neck bolts, dark trousers with glowing lime line accents and twin Tesla coils on his back. The Omnitrix is his belt buckle.
CHAIN LIGHTNING (X): green bolts leap from both coils and arc from zombie to zombie, stunning every one they hit.
VOLT SLAM (C) and SHOCK COMBO (V): electrified fists and a radial ground shockwave that stun, launch and knock back the horde.
MAG-LOCK (passive): immune to all knockback. Standing on metal, vehicles, rooftops or inside the base anchors him for bonus defence.

NEWGHOSTFREAK JOINS THE OMNITRIX

A ninth alien: the spectral Ectonurite Ghostfreak, with light-grey skin, black vein cracks and his mismatched pink and white eyes.
Translucent ectoplasm body trailing an eerie mist, with a silent hover in place of a walk (hold jump to rise).
PHASE (V): go intangible and drift through walls, barricades and the horde without taking a scratch.
VANISH (C): turn fully invisible and the zombies instantly lose your trail. Clawing from invisibility deals ambush damage.

FIXATTACK REGISTRATION & HORDE REACTIONS

All alien forms (Heatblast, Fasttrack, Diamondhead, Wildvine, Upgrade, Clockwork, Cannonbolt, Four Arms) now feature hitbox linking against the zombie horde layer.
Projectiles (fireballs, crystal shards, seed pods, plasma bolts, time rays) now detonate on direct zombie contact.
Enhanced zombie damage reactions: visceral hit flinches, physical directional knockback, attack interruption, health bar depletion, and crowd-clearing eliminations.

NEWHALLOWEEN SURVIVAL EDITION

The city is dressed for Halloween: glowing jack-o'-lanterns guard every barricade, autumn vines climb the walls, and dead trees, leaf drifts and spilled candy litter the streets.
Deep orange streetlights, a purple dusk sky and low ground fog drifting through the alleys.
New seasonal infected: straw-stuffed scarecrow walkers and tougher carved-pumpkin-headed runners and tanks worth bonus score.

NEWZOMBIE APOCALYPSE OVERHAUL

Gritty post-apocalyptic atmosphere: overcast light, heavy fog, drifting ash and rain, grimed textures, dead lawns, rubble slides, burnt-out car husks and sandbagged checkpoints.
Endless horde waves flood the map — shambling walkers, fast infected runners and hulking tank-class brutes, with hit points, speed and composition escalating every wave.
Horde AI overhaul: a slouched, limping, stiff-legged shuffle with arms locked straight out; flow-field pathfinding that tracks you and the base around rubble and buildings; barricade swarming; and close-range claw swipes and infected bites that make you bleed.
Scavenge scrap metal and supplies out in the ruins, then build wooden or metal barricades, repair the base walls, craft medkits and craft survival gear for bonus defence.
Base integrity, wave counter and resource tallies are tracked on the new survival HUD. If the walls fall, redeploy and start the horde over.

NEWSTUDIO BOOT SEQUENCE

Gen Games Studio now opens with a neon voxel splash before the main menu.
The green digital reveal transitions cleanly into the Open World launch screen.

CITYEXPANDED OPEN WORLD

Explore a procedural voxel city with downtown towers, shop rows, suburbs, industrial yards, traffic and elevated beltways.
Landmark locations include Mr. Smoothy and the discreet Max Plumbing safehouse.

HEROESPLAYABLE ROSTER

Ben Tennyson has been redesigned to match his classic-series look, with updated Minecraft-style voxel hair, face and outfit.
Ben Tennyson is the sole playable survivor.
Ben's Omnitrix dial carries eight alien forms: Heatblast, Fasttrack, Diamondhead, Wildvine, Upgrade, Clockwork, Cannonbolt and Four Arms.
Each alien has distinct traversal powers, attacks and transformation effects.
